My Holiday
Hi guys, today Im going to tell you all about my holiday. Last holiday I went to Singapore with my mom and my brother, we stayed there for 4 days from the 27th to the 30th of December. We flew there from Jakarta, the flight was about 2 hour long. When we arrived, the first thing we did was looking for food because we were hungry. Luckily the airport was next to a mall so we went there and found some food. After having our dinner, we walked around the mall. After that we searched for a taxi and went to the hotel. Across the street from the hotel there is a mall called Vivo City mall. Then we checked in the hotel and then we rest.
The next day we went to the Singapore Zoo. There we saw a lot of animals that are beautiful and rare. It was a hot day so we only spent around 5 hours there. After going to the orchard mall to get some food, we ate the famous orchard ice cream. We then took the MRT and went to the merlion. It was very crowded there so we didn't spend much time there. After that we took the MRT again to go to Vivo City mall. There we ate some food and after that we went back to the hotel to get some rest.
The next day we ate breakfast at the mall and then we took the MRT to go to the Marina Bay mall. There we went to the museum beside the mall to see the Disney Exhibition. There we saw a lot of original drawings from Disney movies, there were even a drawing by Walt Disney himself. After that we went back to the mall and ate some food then we went to the orchard mall to go shopping. Then we go to Mustafa center to get some souvenirs. Then we go back to the Vivo city mall and did some more shopping. After that we went back to the hotel. Then we packed our stuff and then went to bed.
The next day we prepared to go back to Indonesia. We took a taxi to go to the airport. we had a light breakfast then we checked in the plane. Then we waited for boarding time and then we went back to Indonesia.
The picture above is the Art science museum. It is a uniquely shaped building because it is shaped like a hand. Inside the museum there is two exhibition, future world and Disney:The magic of animation
The Merlion statue is the most iconic thing about Singapore. It represents the humble beginning as a fishing village. Its head represents Singapores original name which is Singapura or "Lion City"
In the middle of the Jewel Changi Airport there is a big waterfall. At night there is a light show in the waterfall
